🔄 RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Thunder Reef Aquatics, we take great care to ensure the health and quality of our corals. Due to the nature of live corals, we do not accept returns or exchanges once they have been shipped. However, we do offer a limited guarantee under certain conditions.
🛡 ARRIVE ALIVE GUARANTEE
✅ If your coral arrives dead or damaged, you must:
1️⃣ Contact us within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt.
2️⃣ Provide clear photos of the coral inside the sealed bag.
3️⃣ If approved, we will offer a comparable replacement in a future order or store credit (at our discretion).
⚠️ Important Notes:

❌ No refunds will be issued—only replacements or store credit.

🚚 We are not responsible for losses due to UPS shipping delays or mishandling.

📦 Orders refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender will not be refunded.

🛑 Once the coral is out of the bag, our guarantee no longer applies.
